Credit Card
Registration fees can be paid by credit card by following the steps on your registration page.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations by November 5th 2026 will be refunded in full minus an administrative charge of 30€ plus the effective transaction costs of the refund; no refunds will be provided after November 5th 2026.
